A gentle, personalised 3-session program to help you heal, move past distress, find joy and live your life to the fullest.

This is for anyone who wants to change their life and the patterns that are keeping them stuck, fearful, anxious, depressed, sad and under other effects of trauma. Anyone who is experiencing anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, self-image issues, sleeplessness, nightmares, or addictions.

 

Trauma could also be experienced over a long period of time like child sexual assault, neglect or abuse, or family violence. If you feel or suspect that a traumatic experience is affecting your ability to live a healthy life now, then we may be able to help you.

This personalised program consists of 3 x 2hr sessions delivered over a period of 3 weeks (with the option for a 4th if needed). Sessions are conducted online over Zoom, and your first consultation is free.

 

Our distress resolution program helps you understand your life patterns, the effect of stress, trauma and the coping mechanisms you have developed. This program does not manage symptoms - IT RESOLVES!

 

Our work is very individualised. We counsel on a case by case basis and focus at all times on your safety and best interests. We will help you process anxiety, thoughts and emotions that come up as a result of your distress.

 

It is a step by step process where you are guided throughout. Your anxiety may not be in your conscious mind, so we use a number of different strategies to deal with it in your unconscious mind. It is important to understand we take great care that it doesn’t cause you to feel overwhelmed or unable to cope.
